1- Exchange and return: Any device can be exchanged or returned provided that it is in its original condition and without use, within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
2- Replacement and return of defective devices: The customer has the right to replace or return any device or accessory that contains a flaw or defect, after undergoing examination by the specialized technical team, within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of purchase.
3- Sealed Accessories and Respirators: To maintain quality and safety standards, any accessory or respirator that has its wrap seal removed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4- Products damaged due to misuse: Prevention Shield Trading Establishment does not allow the return or exchange of products damaged as a result of misuse or malfunctions resulting from power fluctuations. The return also does not include the loss of parts of the products (such as accessories, catalogs, etc.) or the product being exposed to surface scratches resulting from misuse.
